Established in 1993, Interext Design Group is a building design company located North of Melbourne CBD.
We specialise in all facets of residential design ranging from display homes to designer homes, commercial, retail and light industrial projects.
Interext Design Group has grown over 29 years in the building design industry, largely due to referrals from our network of loyal clients and peers, who have a high level of respect for the directors and their team.
Our company is committed to providing a high level of service to our clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.
We are an award winning firm and have achieved:
· HIA award 2004 runner up, Residential Design - Medium density over 5 dwellings

We endeavour to keep you up to date with the latest building products, materials and resources that is cost effective to suit your design. Representatives constantly communicate with our firm to update the collection of building samples that you can view and select at our office.
Whilst in business, Interext Design Group continues to be involved with many projects throughout Victoria, in the municipalities of, City of Whittlesea, Darebin City Council, Moreland City Council, Manningham City Council, Bass Coast Shire Council, Hume City Council, Mitchell Shire Council, City of Greater Geelong, City of Boroondara, Banyule City Council, City of Moonee Valley, Mornington Peninsula Shire, Shire of Melton, City of Melbourne, Glen Eira City Council, City of Port Phillip, Nullumbik Shire Council and Maribyrnong City Council.
Directors Phillip Abriola and Michael Valente have a combined experience of over 60 years in the building design industry and methodically apply their skills to various types of projects and developments. Both directors studied at RMIT Melbourne and are members of Design Matters National Association (DMN) and registered with the Victorian Building Authority as Building Practitioners.

Managing Director
With experience working with some of the leading architectural firms in Melbourne, Phillip has a wealth of knowledge delivered with a friendly yet competent and charismatic manner. Over the past 30 years, he has successfully completed a countless number of projects. He manages the majority of the client meetings, dealing with councils and arranging the consultants used throughout the projects. Phillip’s passion and skills assists in developing concept ideas into reality.

Director
Partner in Interext Design Group with Phillip since 1993 and working in the building design industry since 1985, Michael has a keen eye for detail. His experience, commitment and skills in creating innovative and unique designs are customed to cater for your lifestyle. Michael has a plethora of knowledge in assisting with resources and materials to suit your desired outcome.
